The Spectrum of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean “cruise to nowhere,” was once the latest to be caught up inside the emerging cluster. In line with the South China Morning Publish, the ship returned to harbor at 8 a.m. Wednesday, a day early, and its 2,500 passengers were in a position aboard to get tested. The cruise was once designed as a option to Hong Kong’s tricky quarantine laws, allowing passengers to duplicate the feeling of go back and forth without leaving the city’s borders and thus being subjected to a 21-day hotel quarantine.
