The Phone Co-op launched in November it would withdraw its pay-as-you-go (PAYG) cellular phone service on the end of February. I’d merely topped up with £70 which I’m unlikely to utilize in time. Now it seems I can’t get a refund.

It suggested me it had decided to not apply its conventional no-refund protection and that it would contact prospects with credit score of larger than £50.
