PRESIDENTIAL hopeful and former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is not going to attend the discussion board for presidential candidates hosted by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) on Friday due to a battle in his schedule, his spokesman stated on Thursday.
“We lengthen our gratitude to the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas for inviting presidential candidate Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. to hitch its discussion board,” stated Victor Rodriguez, spokesman for Marcos.
“Though we have now been trying ahead to BBM’s participation on this occasion, his present schedules forestall us from accommodating your request. We stay up for participating with related KBP initiatives sooner or later,” he added.
KBP President Herman Basbaño, in a radio interview, stated that solely 5 candidates — labor chief Leodegario “Ka Leody” de Guzman, Senators Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao, Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo — accepted the invitation.
A number of weeks in the past, Marcos refused to hitch the interview with GMA Community’s veteran journalist Jessica Soho accusing her of being “biased.”
Marcos went on a collection of interviews within the week that adopted: a pre-recorded one-on-one with TV persona Boy Abunda and reside interviews with One PH, with a panel from radio DZRH.
