Rapid….make an Italian bowl!

Delicious and easy, this Italian bowl can be put together quickly at the ones nights you need a healthy dinner to feed your family fast.

Components:

  • 2 Pita bread, scale back in fours
  • ½ Lb red meat steak
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ Cup Feta cheese
  • 5 Lettuce leaves, chopped

Directions:

Step 1: On a reducing board, add salt and olive oil to the steak on either side.

Step 2: Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat, and prepare dinner dinner the beef until well completed.

Step 3: Place the steak on a reducing board, and slice the steak.

Step 4: Fill the bowls halfway with the lettuce and add the pita bread on the aspect.

Step 5: Finish it with the steak and feta cheese on perfect.

Serve and enjoy.
